Yaneth- Clinical Assistant

I help throughout the office with various tasks.  I either will be checking you back or assisting Dr. Jay in the Fluoroscopy room with fills.  My purpose here is to help you in any circumstance and facilitate your process.  We are all determined to help you become a healthier person, and motivate you until you have reached your ideal weight.  I will be thrilled to see you dramatically change into a whole new person.

Veronica V-  Office Nurse

Presently, I work in the Fluoroscopy room assisting Dr. Jay with and performing Lap-band adjustments.  I also schedule all of Dr. Jay’s surgeries.  I have worked with banded patients since 2003, so I am familiar with most patients’ medical questions and concerns.  Myself, along with the other office members, are excited to help you reach new heights of success with your weight loss.

Jennifer- Medical Assistant

I have been working with Dr. Jay and lap band patients for almost three years and have learned a lot in this time.  I am familiar with most patient situations and enjoy working with them in achieving their goals.  I am responsible for both front and back office tasks, but you will mostly see me checking you in right before you visit with Dr. Jay.

Hi my name is Nelly. My primary responsibility is billing. You may also see me helping out at the front office and checking you in. I am very excited to have the opportunity to assist you with any issues or concerns you may have regarding your payments and insurance claims. I am here M-F 9am to 5pm.
